By now it is well established that bot is a highly successful click bait. This is not without its demerits. While primarily designed to serve guests, our bot deployments attracted a lot of vendor queries and occasional HR queries too. Some of these users went through signup process (complete with OTP verification) only to frustrate sales staff who get to attend to these queries later. Bookbotby now features a pre-qualifier that segregates between guest enquiries, vendor enquires and the other. It is a multi level pre-qualifier designed to ensure guest enquiries get prioritised on WhatsApp connect while other enquirers are directed to appropriate channels.
